* Class Information: All classes are mixed-level and for everyone! Beginners are welcome! Our experienced certified instructors are trained to level exercises to provide the best experience for you! If you have an injury, please inform the Studio before class so we can provide appropriate accommodations. Classes must have at least 2 participants to run. The Studio has the right to substitute an instructor for a class if needed.
* Class Reservations: All classes can be booked up to one week in advance through our online portal or with our complementary concierge booking service. Classes must be booked with paid sessions.
* Attire & Cleanliness: Grip socks are required for your safety. Grip socks are available for purchase in the Studio. Please wear comfortable, form-fitting attire and wipe down the equipment after use.
* Health & Safety: Sanitizing or handwashing before class is encouraged. If you are feeling unwell, please reach out to the studio at 908-529-0999 before class.
* Cancellation Policy: Due to our small class sizes, all classes have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For Pilates reformer/apparatus classes, any no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance for any reason will be subject to a full charge. For small-group fitness classes, the same policy holds; however, unlimited members will be charged $10 for a no-show or for a cancellation made less than 12 hours in advance.
* Waitlist Policy: Clients on the waitlist will be automatically placed into the class by the system up to an hour before the class begins if a space becomes available. You will automatically be notified by email if you are moved into class from the waitlist. Once added to the class, standard cancellation policies apply. If you find you are unable to make the class and have not yet been added, we kindly ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist through the online portal.
* Inclement Weather: During periods of inclement weather, if the public schools are open, the Studio is open. You will be notified of any schedule changes or closures before class.
* The purchase of all services and merchandise is final.
